    You do get some obscure requests and some strange stories on this forum - but after reflection, I would say this is the weirdest request i have read so far in about 10+ years. 1. in the first place you share a room with a friend - that can only be to save money. 2. then you can't go so you want to sell your berth to a complete stranger. and you do all of this with a straight face ??? have you discussed it with your "friend" .

    does anyone think there is better value somewhere else in soi 13 for me soi 13 is the best place to stay. i like wonderful 1 & 2 and also i walk down soi diana in the morning for golf hook ups.

    i also considered it and concluded that it would just be too risky. the secondary reasons were that i didnt know the market and it may not inflate as good as other investments etc. but the main reason is that you may not actually own the property due to laws about foreign ownership etc. also there is the possibility of corruption at every level to factor in as well. easier to invest in australia and live off the proceeds and pay rent

    how do you know that ?. he didn't say that in his posting. in any case - you may know pattaya but you may NOT know it from a business perspective anyhow just my opinion.

    you didn't ask for it - but i will; say it anyway. don't do anything until you have been here minimum 6 months.\ and checked out the lie of the land. unless you do that or something like that you will be cleaned out before you know it.
