I did want a sea view ,does this hotel have sea views ,is this a beach location hotel as I could not find this info ,it says mountain views.

Well Im in Pattaya from 21st March stopping for 3 weeks at LK Metro Apartments as I love this area and the rooms in Lk. But as I am stopping with my new Ti Rak this trip I want to have 3/4 days on one of the islands. Bonding trip As I have done Koh Sumui I want to try Koh Chang ,thinking of going about last day in March for 3 nights/4 days ,so then I can get back for the Thursday bar crawl with my mates I have seen one place called Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spar.white sands area which have delux sea view rooms for less than 3000 bhts ,for high season .still this is ok for island hotel in high season, Has any body stopped here Or do you know any others for about same price. I have read about this area and think more night life in the white beach area. I had read about transport from Pattaya to ferry port by mini bus only 400 bhts so this looks like the way I will go as im sure a taxi will be in the 1500 or more price range but only problem is It leaves at 8am in morning so it looks like a Sunday early night Any body know what a private Taxie would cost ????????????????? I did find one thing out far cheaper booking hotel here on internet in UK with tour company than booking direct with hotel ,its about 800 bhts a night cheaper. Well I will be booking up this Sunday. Well its been 4 weeks since I sent my letter in ,so I had to ask is there any progress Was told gone up to next level for discussion The wheels turn in big companies do seem to run so slow

You are right it is at the employers discretion Also I wonder why keep a employee when he will not be that motivated if refused One thing in my favour is that im on top of my management grade now,due to large banding in pay scale could promote a more motivated younger guy and pay 12k a year less in salary .Also good training to new guy as I would be motivated knowing I was working my last 6 months before my retirement. Well fingers crossed as I want retirement now whilst i can enjoy life

IM TRYING TO GET EDUCATED THATS WHY I ASK ABOUT HOW BM GOT THEIR EARLY RETIREMENT. My post is about getting my early retirement ,because if i get will have no problems with your questions would have about 130000 bhts month to live on(this is my pension and intrest on assets based on 4%) and still have assets in UK worth over 200000 uk pounds. Well this year I hope to be living in Thailand ,I will be be able to live comftable or very very comftable ,this depends if my company will allow me to leave and take my early retirement at 55 ,thus allowing me access to my company pension in which i have been paying in for 38 years. I know the chances of this is only 50/50 due to shortage of engineers, Well I have now applied ,can not go into how im seeking retirement permission as this is now going through procedures. For the lucky few who have been granted early retirement ,can I ask how this was obtained ? Also is there any BM arm chair lawers who could give me information or advice on this. Or any x HR managers able to give me guidance on this. Note my pension can be paid to me at 55 only if my company give me permission for early retirement

Well should hear in the next month will release me for early retirement , If ok I will leave work when im 55 in Aug and Sep be in LOS Im looking to live in Khon Kean or Undon Thani The lady im with at moment comes from Nam Phong ,all I know about this place is it is about 35 kil from Khon Kean and did read ,use to be a air base in the area for USA Seen some nice 3 bed houses to rent for 10000 bhts month. If I get retirement should have more than 100000 bhts month to live on ,so sure be ok Would love to take up Tennis and Badmington again also may try golf, Also love to go on trips to other parts of LOS. As Im sure I will plenty of time on my hands

Looks like a nice place to stop Cost very high for me on high and peak season but would think about stopping there low season 1500 bhts for best rooms seems good 1200bhts for studio ,sure will compete with many Well think keep on my favrite list as I have never stop in this area
