Why dont you try LEK hotel on Soi13. I stay there every time I'm in Patts The location is brilliant (halfway between WS and soi 6 etc) 1000 Bht per night, clean, room safe, and pool. 7-11 next door, massage places next door, Siam bank right at entrance, just everything you can think of.
