About the wifi in the room - and that matters to me much more than their computers - I infer from your comment that the signal is ok most of the time. The arabs' and russians' behaviour as you describe it was obviously unpleasant but I daresay one might run into such elsewhere too - unless this place is a particular favourite of these nationals. I shall give the place a try.

As my post did mention, the useful feedback would be from those who knew of the hotel from personal experience or from friends.

i like the look of this place online but before i book wanted to have feedback from someone who knows it as to whether or not it is guest friendly - also if it's wifi in room has an ok connexion.

Thanks for the replies. I had in mind dentures - full set upper and semi-full set lower. Presumably a week to 10 days is doable for this. I am aware of the high reputation that Dr Aree enjoys among Pattaya expatriates, but can anyone speak up for her work on specifically this sort of work? Can anyone recommend from first- or at least second-hand knowledge a top notch dentist for having false teeth made - top notch functionally and cosmetically - and with adequate english? Price is not relevant. But he/she should be able to work quickly and do the whole thing in a week or so? Alternatively I don't mind Bangkok - can make the trips from Patt for the appointments - if anyone will vouch for such a dentist there. Many thanks

Although I asked this on a hotels with wifi thread, can i ask here too about recommendation of hotel with wifi and either shower above bath tub or shower compartment. Within 1000 baht (now, low season) and not east of 3rd road. re my previous post, I should have said free wifi.

Do they have a website? Was wondering if the room pics shown over captions were accurately citing the room for the particular price. You say no wifi, but is there a connection for a laptop and do they charge for it?

What's their luggage arrangement? I'm going to have a two fairly big bags - don't ask why the hell, I have to and can't go into that now. If that isn't going to be problem I'll try them.

I've found the substance and tone of posts by cerberus (even allowing for the vested interest) and evil penevil to be far more useful, courteous and readable than the invective that detractors choose to throw around. I think the answer to all the criticism that these clubs state up front their pricing policy is sufficient.
