Here is a couple of examples off what can happen when you order a new car from a Thai main dealer. Colin ordered a new Toyota Vigo 4 door pickup on Sept 27th , top of the range model, required by Toyota to pay in full in advance , 876,000 baht. Given confirmation vehicle would arrive october 19th from factory.He goes to work in Alaska (oil man) 17th October and returns 20th December .Toyota know he is away until 20th december . I was at home this morning in my house in Pattaya, when 6 guys from the electric company rang the bell, they told me the electric meter was faulty,and that it would cost 5000baht to replace which i thought strange as the meter was replaced free 2 years ago when it caught fire, the bills have averaged the same for 6 years . I checked the guys were legit , and called my wife, she argued with them and said she would pay the money at the main office in Naklua. I have TOT ADSL 1MB broadband at my house and it is very good for Thailand , runs at about 680kbs and download180kps upload, Your problem is probably related to the sharing, u must have an individual line for good service and waiting for installation is usually 6months as they do not have enough capacity in the exchanges, they do need more international bandwith as well. monsterman

Avoid the sun system , loads of channels but no real content, unless u are chinese or indian.plus service is crap. monsterman

This thread is stupid there are loads of excellent restaurants in Pattaya serving some of the best food in the world at low prices , but there are also loads of trashy places and overpriced ripoffs. monsterman

I bought 2 condos last month in Jomtien Codominium , with no TT3 and both in my name , sold 1 on today no problem with transfer. Somebody is giving u bullshit or wants more money mate. also sent money back to UK last weel without a TT3. monstorman

There is no bike training facilities here , Just find a deserted area and practice , be aware and paranoid when riding at all time, I have just done a 2300km round trip to Chiang mai on my Ducati, no problem. monsterman
