I am interest in any info you can give me. Looking to take a 3 month trip next March. Want to see if I would like to retire there. Have the website for the apartments. Want to know if they will do a small lease for my first longterm trip. Have been to Pattaya 6 times in the past. Never over 4 weeks. Have been looking at some other spots.

I was in Pattaya the first of Oct. This is a new small hotel on Soi Honey. They were just opening for business around the middle of Oct. Has safes in room, suppose to have access to Honey Inn pool, small bar and resturant on ground floor. Was trying to get his internet connection up and running. Just got 2 crowns and my teeth cleaned at Modern Smile. Central Pattaya on the right past Soi Baukow before you get to 3rd. The dentist have US training and the paper on the wall to back it up. They can do just about anything. A very clean and modern office. I know one of the dentist speaks prefect English. You should see all the Thai ladies getting braces. May have paid a little more but got better work done than I ever did in the states. Lot cheaper here even with the insurance in the US. Flipsmurf is having a lot of work now. He had alot of work in late 2004. All looks good.

A friend called to book 2 standard rooms for 3 weeks. All he got was an answering machine. They did not answer the 2 emails I sent. Looks like they just lost out again.

Hey KJ, Stayed in Eastiny Place twice. Last time was in Sept. 03. Had to change rooms because of the bad AC. The AC was freezing up. The next room I got had the same problem but they fixed it as soon as I comlained. The rooms are basic but clen. The pool does not get much sun but is larger than most. No charge for visitors and check ID as you come in the lobby. The girls pick the ID in the morning on the way out. I would still stay there again. Something to lookout for in most hotels I guess. Was there for a month last Sept. The rain lasted (most days) for a short time. The varied sometimes heavy with a deep runoff down the street. The runoff did not last long. Most days, there was a light rain for only a short period and mostly in the afternoons. Was trapped in a beerbar for about one hour, once the whole trip.
