Daniel's rooms at LL are quite nice as well. I even stayed there for a month myself. The rates are relatively cheap monthly, same as most guesthouses, but you do pay for utilities on top of that. So if you leave the AC on full blast all the time like I did, lol your gonna be hurting. He does have a nice layout to his rooms though. Similar to our Deluxe rooms at 3Som, his medium and large rooms have a mini kitchen with a microwave. A must have if your in town for a month or longer anyways. Whenever I'm booked out, I refer people to Daniel, as I know he has quality rooms and does a fair price. I am not sure of the website, but if you want to call Daniel(one of the owners) directly, send me a pm and I'll give you his number, as I do with anyone I refer to him.

Your forgetting a whole array of untapped resources though now too Mango. Soi Dianna has a cluster of beer bars right by Papagayo, and they have some girls there that would rival the hottest of the gogo girls from WS. And then you take the guesthouse/bars. Some of us have some amazing girls working for us. So you are getting WS quality for FL prices. Add to that the benefits of having everything so close together. You can stop by Gilana Massage for a Backrub, then stop by Bob's BBQ for a Burger, then by Lolita's for a Blowjob, then at 3Som for a Beer. You can replace the SSS with the BBBB. I don't really know of too many other places that offer that much variety. Soi LK Metro, has a little bit of everything that we enjoy from all the different areas, you have a little bit of WS, a little bit of Sois 6,7,8, and Beach Rd. all combined into one very easy to maneuver area. I have seen guys on crutches walk Soi LK Metro without even breaking a sweat, so I don't think its all that much of a hassle to make it through the bend. Add to that, that 3 of the most popular hotels in Pattaya, the Metropole, Renaissance, Areca Lodge, they are located here too for a reason. Central location with easy access to anywhere. The thing I have always liked about Soi Metro, is that you feel more at home here, especially when staying in the area. You feel more welcome. From your regular drinking spots to meet the infamous owners and shoot the shit, or your bars with superb talent for this side of Soi Bukhaow, and hanging out with the managers/owners. By actually staying at the guesthouse bars, a lot of times you get to see the day to day life of the girls, which is interesting in itself. So you get to see another side of the girls and the bars, that most people don't get to see. You feel more involved, and in most cases more welcome. Especially for longer stays, ie. 2 weeks or longer, its nice to have a place that makes you feel a bit more at home. I know I spent my first 2 months doing this prior to actually running a guesthouse and bar. Thats why I love my job so much, you get more of a chance to connect with people and see what makes them happy, and keep on trying to bring that to everyone who walks into your doors. Its a place that has yet to become truly commercialized, so you have a vast selection of places that will suit your needs and tastes.

On a night that big, tying yourself down to 1 place just don't seem right. I know that Esco has a New Years Day bar-bash crawl planned. Everyone is meeting up at 3Som bar for some appetizers and food, then off to the bars on LK MEtro and the surrounding areas, back to 3SOM , then off to walking street. Have to ask Esco a bit more on this one. As for NYE, I think picking a nice place to watch the ball drop and get totally hammered would be a great idea. Then from there, head out to a place you've never been before, have some fun and make it like its your first trip to Pattaya again. There has to be some things some of you guys haven't done yet that will feel new to you, you just have to look for them.

A few of them are not that far off from looking like that everyday lol. You should've seen the way they looked when I took them all to the opening of the new Insomnia lol. Me walking in with 8 sexy girls, now that class.

Well let me say, that it was a great night, and an altogether great event. Its always great to work with your neighbors to make parties and holidays more enjoyable for your guests and customers. Bob is no exception to this, as his Thanksgiving Buffet was absolutely fantastic and well worth the money. I know everyone who attended the buffet, went home with a full belly. As for out party, we ran short on outfits, as we had yet another few beauties start work the day of the party. That brings our total of hostesses up to about 15 now, and they are all quite lovely at that. They all looked great in their indian outfits, and made sure everyone had a great time. Even our raffle was a great success. We had the luckiest guy in the world win BOTH 500baht bartabs, as well as the Lolita's Gift certificate. One of our guests did however win the adsl high-speed router, so that was great to see. So without further delay, here are some pics of the night. Pete, I have to say that I do like the restaurant there. My TGF loves it because she can actually get what she wants while I get what I want, can't beat that. I stopped in on Loy Krathong, after seeing the crowds, I ended up just heading back towards LK Metro. Are you a bit concerned that the restaurant might start to overshadow the bar portion of the Beer Garden though? I mean if your going to be that busy all the time, then its great that you can put out that many meals, but with so many patrons for food, how does that effect the single guys coming in there for mongering? Especially coming into high season, everyone getting off a baht bus on beach rd. and WS, will think of the PBG first if hungry, so I see more of a demand for the food then the ladies. My question is, do you see a balance between the 2 in the future, or is the PBG going to lean more towards one direction or another, and would you mind if it did?

On my first trip over, I stayed right on walking street. Thats great if you only really plan on staying around WS. When I made it back over I have been on LK Metro ever since, and it is easily the best jump off point for anywhere worth going. Easy access to 2nd.Rd. and Beach Rd., straight shot on the buses to Tukcom for all the electronics shops. Then you look at what LK Metro has to offer itself, an abundance of what are likely to become if not already most peoples main watering holes. Bars with any and every theme you can think of. Restaurants for every taste, and street vendors at all hours of the day and night as well. I mean it has to be a pretty worthwhile area to have both the Renaissance and the Metropole right by it. I think its safe to say that there is something here to suit everyone's tastes.

Indian Outlaw Thanksgiving Party Nov.27th 5pm- until we run out of alcohol 3Som Bar & Guesthouse For those who haven't had a chance to read the threads on Bob's BBQ Thanksgiving Buffet, we will also be having a party right next door at the 3Som Bar & Guesthouse. Tickets if you choose to buy them, will only be available the day of the party, so you have a choice as to whether you just want to pop in for a drink or 2, or whether you want to get the whole deal. Tickets will also run 500Baht for the party, although you do not need to purchase a ticket to gain entry into the bar for the event. I'll be there for the 7pm meal, but I never thought about me having to watch everyone else eating for 2 hours lol. I thinks me made a mistake, but with the girls to keep us company, as well as the introduction of our new 3Som signature drink. All I can tell you about the concoction is that any more then 3 of them, and I will be scraping you off of the bar at the end of the night lol.

We are located on Soi LK Metro, right next door to Bob's BBQ. We are the bar that looks like the red light district in Amsterdam lol. Our overhead sign is fairly high up, so its a bit tough to see, and our street sign will be getting a new look over the coming month. After that, you won't be able to miss us if you tried.

We actually have 5 rentable rooms. We have 2 Deluxe rooms, 1 Mid-sized room, and 2 standard rooms. My Deluxe rooms I would gladly put the measurements up for comparison with any of my neighbors. The big difference is in the amenities though. We have the amenities that you would expect to find in one of the high end serviced apartments. In effect, our 2 Deluxe rooms are exactly that, with our other rooms being your average size of any other hotel. And yes Bizz, they are twins lol. I was going over some of the fine ink tonight with them, but I hope to have them starting here in the next day or 2. And to answer your next question, as far as they have told me, they have no problems going out together

The past 3 days I had given all my girls the choice to take the 14-16 off, without counting against their days off. So many girls went to visit their families, slept all day, not even sure lol. All in all at the moment, we have 12 hostesses, with 9 of them extremely easy on the eyes. I do have some older ladies, as I know that different people have different taste. As well, my service staff will often hang out with the hostesses when its slow, or they are done working for the day. Three of the girls in the pictures are new, and one of them has been with me for a decent while. But as we come into season now, I have to take on more girls to keep up with the demand and offer a decent selection of ladies to both my guests and my customers. As for the paint job, wanted to do something different that didn't look the same as every gogo and beer bar in Pattaya, black paint and black lights. We are trying to stay somewhat unique, and I am putting a bit of my personality into the bar. Many people like it, some don't, just like ladies, we all have different tastes. Well we have a few new ladies that started with us in the past few days, so I thought I would share them with you guys. While I asked that they dressed sexy for these pics, I can't guarantee thats the way they'll be dressing every day. They sure will look good in the Indian outfits though on Thanksgiving

We do not have a key card type of system for the electric in the room. While there is a switch for the AC in the rooms, I usually turn the AC on a few hours before my guests arrive to ensure they are as comfortable as possible. We just ask obviously since we do not charge for utilities, that you please remember to turn off any unused electronics while you are out. LOL, I have skype so the calling isn't so bad for me. Our website will be up in the next 2 weeks, since we have yet again upgraded some of the rooms, I need to reshoot the photos for the website. As far as contacting us currently, you can do so at the3sompattaya@yahoo.com While we are not a 24 hour bar, there is always someone around to take care of any problems, I myself stay on premise to help with anything that I can as well. Due to the fact that we are in high season now, we will have a late shift cashier, for holding ID's if you wish. We do not require that you to turn in all id's, as we know that some people are kind of touchy about the entire staff knowing they brought home a LB. We will check the ID to make sure that the guest is of legal age, but we will only hold it if you request us to do so. All late-night checkins, we will also write down the ID number, so if there is a problem, you can still get it resolved long after the guest is gone. As well we have CCTV in the bar, so we can see who is coming and going.

And on that note also,,,, We here at 3Som Bar, seeing as we are fellow Americans, Bob has inspired us to get into the Turkey Day spirit also. So on Nov.27th, right after the feast at Bob's BBQ, we will be having a Alcohol Buffet. Tickets for this if you choose to buy them, will be 500baht, and will include the following: 4 drinks of your choice 2 Ladydrinks for your favorite Indian, or yourself if you wish lol. 100Baht off our already low barfine price of 300baht. 10% Discount on all bins over 1000Baht. In our deluxe rooms, you can fit about 5 or 6 people comfortably in the bathroom all showering at the same time lol. Our mid-sized rooms are booked until at least March, but our standard size rooms, the bathrooms can fit 2 comfortably in the shower. All of our water heaters are brand new, so the water is always right where you want it. And with the size of the water tank we have, the water pressure is always constant, so no half pressure showers lol.

Yeah it was a deepthroat contest, only the girls weren't the ones doing it. I'll admit, boss of the bar and all I had no choice but to compete as well. He just happened to be the winner lol.

First let me say, that 3Som Bar & Guesthouse is located on Soi LK Metro, right in between Bob's BBQ and the Rockhouse. If you need better directions then that, pm me lol. I've been doing all I can here to make the bar a more inviting and comfortable place. At the same time, I have been upgrading the rooms to become some of the best deals for the money, and very affordable at that. We have 3 styles of rooms; Our standard size ( similar in size to Canterbury's rooms in the same price range) , Our Mid-sized rooms ( comparable to most average size rooms with balconies) , and finally our Deluxe rooms (for the money, these rooms are massive, comparable to the largest rooms of any guesthouse.) Now all of our rooms feature aircon / fans, tv / dvd, fridge, microwave, water kettle, toaster, and in room safe. Also we have free High-speed wifi, and guaranteed hot water all the time. With our mid-sized and our Deluxe rooms, you actually have a full Euro style kitchen, including all the flatware and silverware to enjoy meals in the comfort of your room. All of our rooms feature softer then average beds. I know nothing hurts like a rock hard bed, so we try to take that out of the equation. On top of that, one of our Deluxe rooms features a pillow-top king-sized bed, while the other Deluxe features our very own, one-of-a-kind, 3Som Signature Super-King. The 3Som super king is 1 1/2 times larger then a regular king sized bed. So it can handle the largest of guests or the biggest of parties. Our rates range daily from 500-700Baht, and monthly from 7,500-15,500Baht. All rates include all utilities, taxes, and there are no hidden fees. All of our rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh linens are provided every 2 days on weekly and monthly rentals. Here are a few pics of our rooms, not in any specific order. The bar is extremely spacious and has been completely renovated to give the place a more laid-back feel. We also are one of the few bars that I know of, in the area to have a Hukka for your enjoyment! So between our ladies and our hassle free policy, and the friendly service and size of the bar, we also make a great place to host your parties. We have a few themed outfits for the girls, schoolgirl outfits seem to be the most popular, but we can provide whatever you choose at cost for any themed outfits we do not have.
