When I moved here 6 months ago I bought a one-way ticket, but to be safe I also bought a full fare one-way to Singapore that would be fully refunded. When I arrived I promptly cashed it in. Never was asked though. I was worried about the airline denying boarding, they are responsible if you are denied entry into Thailand.

I've stayed at EP 3 times since Jan 03. Was satisified every time. Had the problem with the girl and the sheets. She just left them and there was no charge. The safe deposit boxes close at 8 pm so beware. Lower floor rooms get some noise from Soi 8.

Thank you for the reply. I tried that address and my email bounced back as undeliverable. Either the address is no good or the box is full.

Does anyone have the email address of the Bella Vista just off Soi 7? I have stayed at Eastiny Place twice but want to try something different in the same area. My budget is also tighter this trip. Both Flippers only showed me rooms with twin beds when I was there in July. I wanted to stay at Apex, but they are booked for November already. Thanks

I ended up telephoning them for reeservations in January. Quoted me 850/day. Tried to fax them to confirm but the fax not working/hooked up? Ended up emailing them requesting confirmation and got a reply in 24 hours. However now they want 900 bhat. Ohwell figure it out when I get there.
