Why is the expected or normal tip for caddies so high when you are charged 300 baht by the club for the caddy? Doesnt the club pay the caddies very well or something? Also I believe it is compulsory to have a caddy.

Went there recently, now opens at 3pm and happy hour until 4pm. They are still struggling to get the girls in but they had a couple of hotties there. BF/room was back to 350. Not much else to report. Went to Kinnaree today and they had some nice girls there at 2pm. They just kept coming and the place got real busy with lots of customers and ladies.

A lot of the girls are freelancers. They are different to most night time places. I really like them as I'm an early riser. They are not for everybody though. And what Jacko said.

Went to Saffire last Saturday.not many customers and few nice girls around. There was an advertising flyer in our bins with the docket. Said Saturday happy hour all day. It use to be 200 baht but on thanksgiving day it was 150. Not sure what the minimum spend is to have it deducted. Have been on food days, drank 2 beers, ate no food and they took the 200 off. They are pretty on to it. The policy was brought in to stop a small portion of people that just took advantage.

Spot on. I have only been there twice in the last month and both times it was packed. Granted yesterday was thanksgiving. But the other occasion I went wasn't one of their food days. Lots of nice looking ladies.

Another thing about these places. They get a lot of expat guys in that just come to meet friends in nice air-conditioned surroundings, drink beer and chat amongst themselves. If the girls don't know you they may not approach until invited. Sometimes I use the Mamasons to invite ladies over. Saffire club (the agogo) reopens after renovations on Friday the 25th November. The agogo girls that had been working in Saffire Lodge have been given a few days off before Saffire club reopens. This is what I have been told. I wrote earlier about why there were no boobs on display anymore. I didn't think to ask if this is a perminent change or just until the heat dies down. Back on topic. I would say bus. Meter taxi is 1500 baht. You can get rides for 1000 baht but are they registered/insured? I just feel safer in a bus. Get a few beers for the ride.
