Stayed at Cosy Beach about 6 times in all. its a pleasant out of town hotel located almost next door to the Royal Cliff hotel. cost 50 baht by taxi to and from town. Good beach location and nice friendly bars nearby but with no girly scene. Overall OK if you want to get away from the filthy atmosphere of Pattaya city during the daytime and travel to party in the evening. Guest fee 200 Baht! Good pools. Regards Griffo

Yes the deal is £299 inc taxes untill end June. Seems to be plenty of availability. Maximum stay 3 months and no charge for changing your return date within the three months Griffo

OK Fr. lust here are two alernative good beaches that are only a couple of miles out of town (70 Baht) and without the need to pay for speedboat or endure a long sea ride in a dodgy Thai boat. 1. Cosey beach. Location at the bottom of Soi Cosey Beach and close to Cosey Beach Hotel 2. Asia Beach. Location at the bottom of Soi Asia. and adjacent to the Asia Beach hotel. Both of these beaches offer excellent facilities in the way of food, drink and watersport but are much smaller and qhiet compared to Pattaya Beach or Jomtien Beach. Regards Griffo

not a problem at all with Eva I have travelled 3 times with check in weights over 28kilos and they didnt blink an eye. As far as hand luggage is concerned they are equally as liberal. have a great trip Griffo

I have just cancelled my Eva air Evergreen delux booking LHR - BKK and for £50 less booked a BA - Qantas return to Sydney. Only staying in Sydney for 10 days after first staying in Pattaya for 90 days. I then use the Sydney section as leaving the country and returning to Pattaya to renew my visa for another 90 days. My question is Just what is the service level on BA - Qantas. Regards Griffo

Why not try course fishing? Excellent facilities at Jomtien Soi 4. 2 Ponds one full of huge catfish up to 30 pounds the other smaller pond overflowing with carp up to 8 pounds. You just cant fail to catch fish. Beer and food available. Overall cost about 600Baht plus food and drink. EXCELLENT !!

Yes, i reasonable apartment in Pattaya can usually be had for about 12,000 Baht per month plus water and electricity ( 3000Baht? ) A scruffy out of the way place would be a lot cheaper and a large luxury or 2 bed apartment a lot more expensive. Regards Griffo[glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow]

OK I have flown Gulf a couple of times and they are fine. The only downer on their service is that there is usually about a 3 hour lay over in one of the Gulf states. Food ok and plenty of booze :) regards Griffo
