  1. Unpopular government and king don't help. But there again nobody knows what's around the corner...sometime just as well.
  2. Every month a different scenario. But October will see restrictions easing in the UK barring a new nasty variant. The vaccine will be widespread in the UK and Europe and Thailand will ultimately issue requirements...vaccine passport, negative test and relevant insurance. Flights and accommodation may rise, but most people haven't been spending so on a positive spin hopefully normality will start to return. Its just a case of which businesses have survived.
  3. Difficult to adjust to a condo 48sqm or less if you have just moved from a house, but where ever you live you get used to it.

  5. Brexit uncertainty doesnt help. The unknown tends to cause negative currency trends.
  6. Thanks. Best rate I can see in UK is around 41.70. Is there a limit of Sterling you can bring into the country?
  7. Anyone know the latest on the street for GBP? Thanks
  8. Sort stay price is OK, but three months plus looks expensive.
  9. Many a time watched from my balcony. Some were very spectacular.
  10. Beautiful weather in the Cotswolds this weekend. Cycled 50 miles with group. No smoking for a month now.
  11. Have quite a few friends who stay there long term. Not the issues you are describing.
  12. Guess you missed this...... If you're seeking a monthly rate, let me know. As this is Thailand, everything is negotiable! Most guys stay in Pattaya, on average, eight nights thus my condo is available PER night and requires NO commitments.
  13. 7-11 now that's living. VT6 you can get everything without leaving the building and have Central next door. Each to their own. I think that area where you are, is a bit limited. We are all different.
  14. If you're seeking a monthly rate, let me know. you can buy glasses quite cheap in Pattaya. lol
  15. Kinnaree hmm... Guess if you stay on your hill you will be dry. Just prefer a hassle free life.
