http://espn.go.com/extra/fiba/recap?id=300914940 This win was all the more impressive considering that USA won without most of it's Olympic gold-medal-winning players, and they did it in Istanbul in front of a very loud crowd. Kevin Durant is a stud.

I have no idea who Tamer is, but since it's been 24 hours I looked him up on IMBD and he had a very small role in a very good movie titled . . . Eastern Promises

Academy Award winner Susan Sarandon

Is "and 24 hours later" a movie title? If not, then I will point out that Mook only posted about an hour before you. I'll assume that Jackie Earle Haley is still on the board, and I'll respond with "Breaking Away"

Among the MANY actors who played themselves in that movie (the credits are a "who's who" of 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's Hollywood stars), I always remember . . . Buck Henry Edited to add - I went back and counted 13 Oscar winners in the cast of "The Player". How many movies can boast that sort of resume'?

Good movie. Set in Wichita Kansas, though it wasn't filmed there. Randy Quaid

Warren Beatty was in the 1978 version, not the 1943 version which starred Don Ameche.

That's pretty good, Harry Dean Stanton

I meant for it to be a Crispin Glover post (note how I made the letters of his name "bold"), but I did mention the late Mr. Hopper, so I can understand the confusion. From "Easy Rider" let's go with Jack Nicholson and hope someone picks one of his less obvious films

Great movie. Remember Dennis Hopper and his inflatable girlfriend? That would be Crispin Glover

The first thing I ever saw her in, and probably her best job of acting. Aria

Not a big fan, but I didn't mind her in . . . "Gangs of New York"

Once again I'll invoke the 24-hour rule. After looking up Leslie Phillips I found that he appeared in a movie that should lead someone to one of my all-time favorite actors. Venus
