They ARE to blame. It was poor planning on their part. Again if they had planned better, hired more security, and had Big Ticket items out of reach where they couldn't stampede each other trying to grab them then no one or at least less people would get hurt. True but it is the next best thing to rioting. I still think they should be punished for that behavior. It's like the Vancouver riots in Canada a few years ago. We've taken a lot of people to court over those incidents, mostly from video footage off peoples phones. And I never understood why the stores do that crap in the first place. All the high in demand stuff should be in the back and anybody who wants it has to stand in line like a normal person and asks for it when they get to the cashier.
