mess 22.... to get to Beach Road, you don't travel all the way up soi 16 to Naklua Road - you "cut through" into soi 18 - past Centara Grand - and 5 mins on a scooter to the top of beach road is a doddle - i do it most days, as i live in the development.... i've not measured the distance to the beach - but the developers original brochures said beach is 100m away,..... either way - its a few minutes walk to one of the best beaches in pattaya... i'm just glad you got all this time to waste - you thought of getting a missus ???

mess 2 - you are getting confused - there are many "LK" hotels.... Mess 1 - LK MANSION is on the corner of Pattaya Klang and Soi Bukkow (its behind the Leng Key restaurant)... its a big place and the rooms are nice, if a little on the small side - no joiner fee, does have lift and staff friendly - they do a deal on the price if you go for 1 month or more (15k as i recall).... Pretty central location - on baht bus route - the LK Metro bars/go go's are about 10 min walk, but only a few mins on the baht bus, soi 7/8 very near and soi 6 about 5 min walk... hope this helps.

hi mike saw your posting... have a look on my website... if you are interested in a studio for a year contract, i would put in 4mb adsl internet... Can anyone recommend a nice village to live on the Darkside ? A friend is looking for a smallish house, in a secure village, that's near to a few decent Ferrang bars / shops, where the properties rent at circa 15-20k per month. not looking for specific properties at the moment, just the actual villages to see if suitable.
