Hey lads, Were not worried abit 50 baht.......just they said they had bigger rooms (never seen)......and some of the old reports on the place are a bit crap to say the least. Just asking.......fuck me £1.00 ain't gonna get us worrying

Hello Chaps, My mate has tried to reserve a room in the Pig & Whistle.....and they had 2 prices......700 for a small room and 750 for a large room. Has anyone stayed in the larger rooms......and is there much of a difference..... I personally didn't know they had larger rooms. Also your views would be appreciated. Cheers

I have just booked a flight home for the wife on the same flight as me on Qatar Airlines.......I rang the airline and a few travel agents in pattaya....and the price was the same.......so much for booking in Pattaya.......I think it all depends on how many seats left on the plane...i.e. cheap seats gone. Her flight was 390 quid........early may......and the airline have held it for me until i get there...pay at BKK airport....Thats because I have a flight on the same aircraft and am a member of the travel club. A lot of people on here, say you can get a hotel for under 1000 baht with a pool in Pattaya.... Can anyone recommend one of these. Cheers Lads Otherwise i'll stick to paying over that...!!!! MFC

Gone up a bit now.....I paid £370 return, flying 19th April to 3rd May.........Just bought a single ticket for the missus to come back.....£396 single.... i think the prices went up on the 15th March 2007. MFC.

We hired one out to go to one of the further islands past Koh Larn....Got Pai for the day....not expensive....but can't remember how much....few of us on there...and it was pittance. Just walk up to the chaps on the beach...and ask...or there are some kiosks on the other side of the road near Soi 8.
