My buddy stayed there a while back and i went to have a look and all i can say is that i would never stay there.

I have stayed at both SS and Delamer and location aside prefer Sandy Spring. If you include location then i would still go for SS as it is away from the action but yet only a short baht bus ride to Walking Street or Soi7/8 going the other way and thats how i like it.

Ill be there with a mate for 3 days from the 21st...staying at Royal Amsterdam...will pm you so we can arrange to meet for a bar crawl if you like. best.

Agree with spike, istayed at Sandy Springs back in Oct 2004 and had to move to Eastiny Place soi8 after a couple of days becuase the bed was so hard. Or maybe it was the excitement of been back in Pattaya Was thinking of trying out Dynasty or AA hotel next time but may well stick to Eastiny because at least i know i can get some sleep at that hotel.

I've stayed at the Eastiny Place 4 times the past year and can highly recommend the place. Prices vary from 700-900Bht depending on the time of year. Get a room in building B overlooking the swimming pool. Best rooms 701/601/501B as you also get a view down soi8. Never been charged extra for taking more than one lady. Best.
