i have just booked to stay at the sabai inn for 20 days at 1050 baht per day does any one know what they normally charge per day or is there anyone staying there at present who could tell me as i am due to arrive on thursday the 10th of january

short notice but wondered if anyone was wanting to share a taxi to pattaya on the 10th of january around 4,30pm as i arrive at 3,30pm on a flight from hungry as i am traveling on the 9th from london via budapest then onto thailand

hi i am looking to come to pattaya at the end of april this year 2007 and was hoping to stay for around 4 weeks and wondered if any of you guys new any hotels that do deals for this amount of weeks staying in a hotel or some where that is safe and able to bring back girls. any info would be much welcome and maybe bump into some of you,s when i am there, thanks

you will find that most 5* hotels have gyms like dusit,marriot,etc, but i know that tonys gym on 3rd road is the biggest in patts. just ask around when you are in pattaya

i have also stayed at rosie,s . every thing is good except you have to catch one of the owners before 7pm to get any thing out of the safe and also if you come back in the early hour,s of the morning you have to nock on the window to wake up the young guy they have as security to let you in other wise found it to be cheap, great location, and always willing to help with any comments you have , i stayed there in march this year but will be looking to find somewhere around LK METRO in november 2006

looking to find a cheap flight with in the next 2 weeks for 18 days stay in pattaya can anyone give me any info as 2 which travel agency is best 2 try and price,s please thanks

if you have not arranged with your hotel for pick up at the airport jump in a meter taxi to your hotel it should cost around 500 to 600 baht then when leaving your bangkok hotel ask them to get you a taxi to take you to pattaya and ask them what the price is. it should be around 1,500 with all highway toll,s included when you get to pattaya head for soi 8 cherry bar or walking street flb bar which is on your right hand side 2 minutes walk. when you enter this bar you will see a white board with names on it which means these board members are in the bar and you can ask to chat with one for any info about pattaya etc. but remember always go with your gut feeling and don,t get to attached to any girl,s untill you feel safe and relaxed also if you take a girl from a bar you are more safe than picking up one from the street cause if any thing happens you can always go back to the bar and speak to the boss but you can,t if you pick someone from the street .anyway be happy and safe and enjoy your time in thailand, one last thing remember thai,s will do most things just to make a living so the people you see and spend time with are trying to feed familys etc, the rule,s of thai are never raise your voice and argue with them,learn to speak some thai if you can like sawadee khrup which means hello and me-ow kap which means no thank you . you can check out the thai learner page which will guide you best of luck.

cheapest one that i ever stayed at was the little duck just at the back of the hospital between soi7 and second rond the main entrance is on central road just before you get to tops super market it cost 600 BAHT

from a few russian girls that i spoke to in walking street on a few times of being in pattaya they told me that the v/c was the hotel that they always stay at maybe someone else can verify this . but i never stay that far along when in town

as i said i have booked to stay at flipper for a while but never use c/c any more in thailand only use cash and t/c found the same problem about 6 years ago being chared for things i did not have etc.maybe catch a few of you bordies at hammers sunday night thank again for the info

i am looking for a hotel that has sports channels in room as i have stayed at the flipper and sabai hotels before but they don,t have this in room channels due to arrive next saturday the 4th of march and was hoping to find some where before i arrive.if can,t find any would like somewhere that is guest friendly thanks for any info

just thought i would let you all know that i have booked 2 stay at the sabai inn on soi 2 got price of 850 baht per day for superior room there normal rooms are 700 baht per day thanks anyway guys maybe see some of you there

hi everyone I am thinking about coming 2 thailand within the next two weeks and was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap deals going as i have checked out some sites and found that most price,s are around 700 pounds from london 2 bkk ,any info would be of help thanks

most of the bars that closed have re-located just over the other side of 2nd road and up to soi baykhow others have had the pleasure of owning other bars and gone to look after them , when they nock down the bars they plan to build a hotel ,and condo,s and shopping mall there , i used to drink in chang bar 2 on beach road but will miss it very much as i was going there for 5 years but luckly martin also owns a bar in soi 6 called goodfellas so will stop there for a few beers etc,

thanks guys for all the info sounds like my stay is going 2 be great i normally stay in soi 7 but thought i would try out something new , only 13 days till in los can,t sleep thinking about it
