Apart from checking ID's at hotels I notice they seem to do this frequently when entering nightclubs.This I can't understand as surely it's not just to check age.I have been into clubs where the girl is obviously older than 20 and she's had her ID checked ! Ste.

RG is tops for deffo ! I'll never forget Room 106 and that squeaky bed. Never laughed so much in my life. Have booked same same room for next trip. The quality of the Rolexes vary considerably. I got mine off Patpong market,cost about £30 but is fully automatic,has good weight and more importantly ,still going strong 6 months on. I got my Mrs a lesser quality(shh!) blue face Rolex off one of the stalls on Suk Rd. The vendor wanted 900bht. I said I'd give him 500 and he just blanked me. I ended up walking away but he called me back and I paid 600thb. £8.50 to keep the wife happy is a bagain IMHO. Cheers. Ste.

On my last trip to LOS I bought some Thai music CD's.My particular favourite is Orawee Sujjanon,which was recommended by an FLB member. (sorry,can't remember who,but thanks anyway). While in my car today,stuck at the traffic lights in sunny Manchester,UK I was playing the said CD... I looked over to my passenger window a saw a TG looking in at me as if I was mad ! Smiles were exchanged! Shame she didn't jump in though!! Just my two satang worth. Ste.

I fancy getting another tattoo done on my next trip. I'm into Thai script but cannot think of a word or phrase that would be suitable.
