Hey Smell, I am bringing my clubs in JAN. John does not play, he's too chickenshit. I am trying to get into some of the daily games offered through the PSC, hope to see you out there. If you don't want the hassle of bringing your own clubs you can always rent from the course relatively cheap.

Golf is one of the things that draws me to LOS. I have played many a course here in the States, but to go and have the privilige of playing many of the top-notch courses in the general Pattaya area is something of a golfers dream. These courses in Thailand are designed by the greats of golf...If you are a golfer who wouldn't want play these courses, I know I am in a matter of 45 days!!!

I would have to agree with monkeyman on the travellers checks, I used them on one of my trips and found it to be a pain in the ass to try and cash, just don't like carrying my passport everywhere I go....ATM is the way to go..

well fellas it is all over and with the first major of the year goes to lefty! 1st I will say it was a fantastic finish. The Big Easy sure gave it his all, but that birdie putt on the 72nd hole of the masters was one for the ages. Congrats Phil

I spoke to Gary from the Alamo bar, and I asked him about the Tequila Reef being closed, he said as of Mar 23 it was open. It got closed down for one day because it sold alcohol on election day.

Baron I agree with you with the Marines/Sailors in town. 95% of them are in shorts and they have NO problem with any BG's do they? I should know, I was that sailor many times in Pattaya and had NO problems. Money talks. I have to agree, in my trip to pattaya with the ship, th tg never made a fuss if the farangs were not in their sunday best, hell for god sake it is hot and you are on vacation enjoy it!!! ;D ;D ;D

i would have to agree with everyone, you need to arrange something prior to leaving. if you don't i would not say you won't find transportation, but it sure is a relief knowing you have something arranged.

i got my frames, lenses, and eye exam at mikes shopping mall and it the same day,and it only cost me around $45 american.
