Prices here really depend on location of condo ie...the low floors are much cheaper than the high floors and the quality of the interior renovation is also a major factor. A condo like mine on a high floor , around 1.125-1.250mill baht

You can get a VIP bus from the petrol station on Sukhumvit that is near the Pattaya Klang intersection. You MUST buy the ticket 1 day in advance to get the VIP bus...cost is about 415 baht and it will take you to Khon Kaen.....Udon Than about 500 baht. That is the info from my thai girl who just got back...she says this bus goes also to Korat....

I just try and treat people like I want to be treated and really try to take good care of my tenants.This condo renting has been really good for me due to the great quality of people who have rented from me.We have carved out some good friendships that I am confident will last for a long time. check out the Sails...www.grandeasset.com.....it looks unbelievable and the builders are very well known..I have no idea about sales prices,but i can assure you they are very high.It has a five star hotel next to it and offers 100 metres of private beach as well. It is in Jomtien area. I would consider this project very upscale.

What I am saying is that the guy who manages the staff here has 2 degrees from a university in Florida in hotel management. He oversees the maintenance of the common areas....pools,lobbies, as well as the individually owned condos. This is a very big issue here in Thailand as there are many many buildings that are not properly maintained and because of that the buildings tend to age very fast and deteriorate in a few years.Even some of the very expensive hirise condos ,that lack good management have problems and the condo owners are not happy with the way the grounds are kept and how things

Ibber, I was checking online and you can book the omni berkshire for 319USD thru Expedia.com . Priceline has 4 star Manhattan hotels at 175-200USD. I would stay in Manhattan on the upper east side or midtown east area.It's a very nice hotel. Eric
