I am a disabled u.s. veteran. I will be moving to Thailand in September. I am suppose to be covered by my vets health insurance, but does it work there? I looked on the VA sires here and find very little. Any US vets have any experience? thanks

Thanks for the reply, the reason I would get another visa, if I come back to the USA after 3 or 4 months for a visit, there might only be a month or so left on the original life of the visa, so I would like to get another I could extend for 6 months.

It looks like my best option will be a three entry tourist visa, so here are my questions. Are you suppose to have a return ticket when entering LOS? What is the "use by" date? If I return home before the "use by" date is up, can I go ahead and get a fresh one before I return to LOS? thanks guys, I apperciate the help.

Well guys, I'm making the big move in March. The board has been very helpful. I plan on staying at the Canterbury when I arrive and going from there. I am a disabled veteran and I'm hoping the guys at the VFW will be able to help with medical insurance issues and things like that. Anyone know if they are a useful resource? thanks

I just got back from my October trip. I loved it but of course it wasn't long enough. I don't think I can get an "0" visa because of a minor record from when I was young. If I get a tourist visa, the 60 day type, I believe I can get it extended. So my question is, do I need a return ticket to enter with it, because if I can get it extended I don't know when I would return. Thanks guys *** MM Edited to reduce picture size ****
