I checked out the prices. Thai Airways return from Bangkok to Surat Thani 4735 baht, Bangkok Airways return to Koh Samui 7350 baht. A big difference. Bangkok Airways return from Pattaya U Tapeo to Koh Samui is 4560 baht.

Been trying to phone two mobiles in Thailand today, no luck in getting through so far. Has anyone else tried this service?

I just checked out their web site and it is no longer there. http://www.telediscount.co.uk/ I just checked out the price to and a landline and a mobile in Thailand and they say both are 5p a minute!! That rate sounds to good to be true! I will test in out tomorrow. Where did you find that number?

Mike, I take it you never flew with Thai Airways and joined their frequent flier scheme before? If you had, just one trip would have made you eligible for an extra 10 kilos on top of your normal allowance.

I am not aware of any flights Thai have cut on the LHR-BKK route over the last six months??

Can add Thai Airways to your list Tom. Changing return date is free of charge with them. As to travel agents not telling the ticket conditions, I think you could extend the couple of names you mentioned to most agents.

They use short time rooms.
