I agree and don't think tips should count towards salary. On the minimum wage front, employers here are legally bound to make up the difference if the employee doesn't reach it via salary plus tips. So at least the employee is supposed to be compensated that minimum pay per hour.

Sounds reasonable going solely by numbers, but, the athletes who win still have to be better than 98% of the field. Given, on occasion it might simply have to be at 'that moment', but simply being there doesn't give an athlete much better odds to medal unless there are only 2 other competitors.

It's free. Skype, Messenger, Mail and the like are all free, as are lot's of games, applications etc. You can browse the Android Market (now Google Play) and get an idea of what's out there.

I really like the Galaxy 10.1. Thin, light and the screen is outstanding and responsive. They're releasing the Tab 2 in a few weeks with a lower price and have added an SD slot that was sadly lacking on the first one. And yes, there is a Messenger app available.

I'm most impressed with his O-line giving him the time to be a very good QB. That said, his shoveling the ball to avoid at least 3 sacks showed great poise.
