Although I like Jomtien, I have never been a fan of View Talay especailly VT 1 due to it's many lower classes who happen to exist there. VT 2 is a lot better

17k per month is for a studio. Maid service and change of bedding every other day. We never discussed water however, using a shower as opposed to a tub equates to pennies so that does not concern me and it's certainly not a deal breaker. The front desk told me that I should expect to pay 1200-3500 per month for electricity.

I have agreed to stay six months in order to qualify for 17k per month. They also told me 3-6 months=18k per month.
