Thai Airways Bus

Unusually my timing is good for this bus but unsure if it still runs.

The Thai Airways websit is as clear as mud!

Grateful for any recent info on this

Emil provided me with this information. Bus leaves at 12pm and drops you off at beach rd.

I took the Thai airlines mini bus from airport to Pattaya, only 300b and dropped me off at he bottom of the soi that my hotel on, but it was the ride from hell. Pedal to the metal all the way from airport to Pattaya during rush hour noon time traffic in Bkk. I was on with three other guys and no one could look out the front window, it was that bad. No seat belts. After dropping off the mail at the Thai airlines office driver was more than acccomdating and dropped off everyone where they wanted to go.

I haven't taken it for over a year now that I fly with United and don't get into Bangkok until 11 PM. When I did take it in the past they had 3 daily departures with one being at noon and you were on a regular bus. The cost then was 200 baht to their office on 3rd Rd with an additional 50 baht each if you wanted the driver to take you to your hotel.

3 daily departures was also the last I saw in april - 08:00 - 12:00 - 18:00 for 200 Baht to the Thai Airwas office in Pattaya or at Beach Road. The Minibus service is something different and I think the price now is 350 Baht.

I used Thai airways 12.00 mini bus in june for 300 baht and was in Pattaya at 2.30pm after a stop at gas station for drink and smokers.

 

found the ride very comfortable as i sat in the front seat
