Need apartment in December/January

Going back to Thailand for my 3rd visit from december 4th to january 31st. Ill be in Pattaya for 1 month from dec 20th to jan 19th, im looking for a studio apartment with pool/aircon/cable tv not to far from the action the max id like to pay is about 15000 bt, this is the main time of year how busy does it get?
