you might want to try the search function - this topic has been discussed many times recently and all the answers are already there. a short info, the only pattaya hotel that offers broadband access as far as i know is the marriott - for about 672 Baht per 24 hours (512/256) - either ethernet or usb - no wireless.

Royal cliff Hotel has Broadband Access in some (most?) rooms, and Wireless in the Lobby and Cafe areas. Don't know the price, though, but I guess it will be more than the Joiner Fee.
