Hi,

 

I intend to visit pattaya, Thailand even for the very first time this coming February. I am looking for recommendations on hotel accommodation. Though I have saw many links I would appreciate first hand experience if at all possible

I would recommend Areca Lodge, Soi Diana off 2nd road about 1100 baht per night.
