Has anyone had any experience with this hotel? Pics on web site seem nice and price quoted for Deluxe room facing pool with balcony in Jan for 1190 (INC Bfest) suits me fine.

Nice hotel.

I have stayed there 7 times, and will be returning in late January.

The High Season price, Dec 1st - 31st Jan for a pool view room is 1690 Bt, drops to 1190 Bt on Feb 1st, check the website !

Stayed twice and I'll add my thumbs up also.

 

It was sold out on my mid Nov. trip, you might want to go ahead and make your reservations soon.

 

Only negative (for some people) is lack of a room safe.

I would agree with all the above sentiments. Good fitness centre, 24 hour internet a few yards away, short walk to 2nd road, 2 breakfasts, nice rooms.

It is also about 30 meters from the new lolitas. I have not stayed there but have walked thru. Property seemed very nice.
