Looking for Airfare Consolidator Recommendation...

Howdy,

 

I am trying to get a recomendation for a good airfare consolidator in the San Diego/Los Angeles area. I want to buy a fare from two different carriers to LOS (gives me a better connection) and I need to go through a travel agent for this.

 

I like using Singapore Air from SFO to HKG and then pick up Cathay Pacific from HKG to LOS. I have done this before and it works quite well.

Better connection? What kind of connection do you want? Unless you have a buring desire to fly Singapore it would be more convenient just to take Cathay all the way as their schedules/layovers are very good . Arrives HKG 0655 departs for paradise at 0855(from SFO)

I email them in the morning with my request and by the afternoon I am confirmed.

 

Doesn't really matter where the agency is as they just FedEx the tik to you in one day.

Yes, you are correct about my desire to fly Singapore. My experience with them has always been great. Cathay has a similar schedule as you mentioned.
