Phuket air nightmare trip

I returned with my wife last weekend on Phuket Air it was a total nightmare.

 

After following developments I rang from Pattaya regarding 2350 dep on the 15th

and was told, " Have problem sir your flight now delayed 24 hours ".

 

So I hastily arranged an extra night at the Flipper House and changed transfer.

 

We checked in on the 16th but the boarding pass was for Amsterdam, after enquiring we were told Amsterdam first then Gatwick which more than half the passengers were not happy with.

 

We eventually arrived at Amsterdam 1300 hours on the 17th and the captain told us " The British air authority will not allow this aircraft to enter their airspace so an alternative flight has been arranged ".

 

The alternative flight was 4 hours later on KLM and we eventually arrived in Gatwick 1630 32 hours late.

 

We lost our 1155 flight back to the channel Islands and had to pay nearly £300 to change flights. a total nightmare
