I think it's a great location with all the bars and restaurants in the area. That hotel has an 89 baht all you can eat breakfast buffet where they cook your omelletes for you. I prefer that buffet to Lek and Apex hotels' breakfast buffet.

I've never seen the rooms but the location is perfect.

I stayed there a few years ago

Location was good but rooms were very ordinary. Not sure if they have upgraded the rooms since then. Aircon was old & noisy & rooms were damp & musky

I had been staying next door at Intown, rooms there are OK service is good & prices reasonable but this hotel is getting old as well

For an extra 5 minutes walking check out some of the places along Soi Lengkee

J & P Court

Opey De Place

My last trip was in May & stayed at Sunview Place in Soi Buakhao got a good rate 600 Baht for a big room a nice new Hotel, swimming pool that gets afternoon shade & guest friendly

Plenty on 7/11 , restaurants & Bars around this area now

Totally agree with Tazzyd. Rooms are very old, damp, dark and need updating! I stay there a couple of Christmas's ago so they may have revamped by now? wouldn't ever stay there again!

My GF was told by a friend of her's who works and lives in Pattaya about a hotel called Smile Court for 500 a night http://www.smilecourt.com/smile.html now I am not sure about this hotel but seeing we are only staying one night in Pattaya to see an old friend of ours and to settle in a friend of mine who is not sure of his surroundings (his mate pull out last minute :eyecrazy ) as he has only visited LOS once before and didn't move from soi 8 so a crash course is needed, the hotel will do for us!

Jai yen yen!

Stiffler.
