I quit drinking on my own but that does not change the fact I am an Alky. I was just able to beat it on my own I used to drink a case of beer EVERYDAY. now sober for 24 Years.

 

AA is a good venue for those that need it.

I have a few other fans:

IRS, calif hwy patrol, sheriffs in 6 counties in 3 states, 14 city police departments

 

They show thier support by NOT arresting me.....

i know a high profile AA "circut speaker" that got his cd player ripped off at the beach

(it had another AA guys "talk" on it)

 

the next week, the lowlife that ripped the cd player, found my friend, returned the player and said " i listend to that guy, will you take me to a meeting "

 

ya never know

 

fyi

more power to you guys that can still drink

if i did:

1) would be thrown off plane on the Japan leg

or

2) be passed out in the first bar on Soi 6

 

so, better for me not to
