Microsoft started to use a verification process before you can use any online-update for the Windows operating system.

It was supposed to be the hit against all fake copies.

 

we all use genuine products , but , how easy it is to deactivate this function?

 

In the internet-explorer you go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > PROGRAMS > MANAGE ADD ONS and simply deactivate the add-on...........

Hmm -

 

I assume that you need your product no from the installation CD? I'm using a lap topp just now and didn't get a Windows XP CD so I just hope that the product no I can access is the full number.

 

Wombat, I would imagine that Bill Gates and his employees will have thought of that. :clueless How do you think he became so wealthy? :D

Stealing Ideas from other people maybe? And later when he was wealthy already, buying applications from other companies and make them very expensive? B)
