hi everyone, I am planning on going to Chaing Mai next Summer with the wife for a few days before we hit Pattaya. I was just wondering where the busiest parts of Chaing Mai r with all the bars and stuff, we would like to stay in a nice hotel nearby the action, any got any ideas?

I like to stay near the night market and normally stay at Royal Princess.

It's around 1900B on the net per night with breakfast. OK rooms, pool, gym etc.

Stay at the Queen Victoria its a sister hotel of the Queen Victoria on soi 6. It only opened a couple of weeks ago, so everything is new and clean. You wont be paying more than 800thb per night. The owners name is Ian, he is from Wales. When you go there tell him that Tony from Ireland sent you, and he will take care of you.
