can one of you guys help me?

I have booked a room at the majestic suites for 3 days in January online through that sawadee (?) booking system, now some of you may be familiar with this, I paid the deposit and was given a booking number..but now I dont have that number because of problems im have been experiencing with my pc,Iv sent e-mails but so far no replies, I need to pay my balance in 3 weeks time, but i cant without that booking number 2guns

This is Majestic Suites BKK, right?

 

I booked my August stay at MS through Bangkok Tonight who use Sawadee, they (Sawadee) sent a reminder email abput a week before the final payment was due, so you'll probably get the same. Did you get a confirmation email from them when you first booked? If not maybe your/ISP's spam filter is blocking their traffic - Just a thought.

 

Anyway, if Sawadee is not respondong you could try emailing MS directly (msuites@loxinfo.co.th) they're pretty good at replying (I booked directly with them this time for Dec. - no deposit, pay on checkout), explain what's wrong and ask if they have the Sawadee booking number on their records. My acknowledgement from "SAWADEE PAYMENT SYSTEM <ecombkk@web.co.th>" was CC'd to the Majestic, so they should have a copy of your deposit receipt to forward to you.
