I think you'll find that they all offer standard and perhaps increased rates during the peak season. Hit the net and email / phone them.

Flipper hotel soi7, flipper lodge and sunshine hotel soi8.

Have stayed at them all. All have sat tv, air con, shower etc. All less than 1000 baht a night.

 

My favourite is sunshine hotel (get room in new wing)
