Condo/House Rental One Month?

Recommended Posts

I am looking to rent a condo/house rental on or by the beach for one month next year (during low season).

I am looking for a bit of higher end property, if possible, understanding costs could be in the $50K-100K baht/month range.

It preferably would have a living area and kitchen, not really interested in the little 40 sq meter units or studios.

Jomtien, Naklua, or even a bit further out is OK.

A fall back would be a nice house with pool, especially on a golf course, but beach front is prefered.

Can any of you guys help me out with RE agencies or other information? I did a search, but most of information is on longer-term rentals.

Thanks,

I understand what you mean but as you've already experienced, most rentals are for the medium to long term.

I have a few contacts in this field, both agents and private individuals as well as a friend who is in the process of buying a top end condo (Bt12m+).

Can you give me any indication as to the month ? I know you cannot perhaps be accurate but any information would be useful.

Also, do you require it to be on a abht bus route or will you have transportation ?

Do you need / want an ocean view ? How many bedrooms ?

Thee are thousands out there, even in this range but you're going to have to fill in a few of the gaps so I can email off a couple of requests.

Hub, "David Bowie" might have some info. Ping him.

Thailand needs more weekly condo/house rentals.

There's plenty of houses on golf courses but most are long term and look pretty lonely.

Let me know how you go as that's my preferred form of accommodation.

T'nova:

Near a baht bus route would be nice but not necessary.

An ocean view would be desired, but not absolutely necessary..

2+ bedrooms.

I IM'd you additional info.

Thanks for the help,

During our walks this week we went by a very nice place up in Nakula called the Long Beach Hotel/Resort or something close. Saw a sign advertising the "Art Cafe" nearby to give you an idae of its location as you have access to the beach behind the hotel. Looked very new and nice, haven't a clue about its price.

Thanks Emil:

If you and Soi7 could keep your eyes open on the walks it would be much appreciated. A large one-bedroom suite near the beach in a place like the one above may work for us also if nothing else pans out.

Dunghy:

Did you see this site for the Royal Cliff apartments? One month available for 40,000-45,000. I would assume if it up to the standards of the rest of the Royal Cliff it would be nice, just not sure if it associated with the rest of the resort.
