I stayed here one nite during Nov. The place was very, very nice. Clean and nice surroundings. Most important, it was convenient to most "action places". place is More upscale than most budget places in Pattaya.

I think it is worth the price, even in high season (which was NOV) when I was there, but definitely worth it if booking during the low season

hi all

just joined tonight,theres 2 of us arriving pattaya 17 jan 06 _15 feb.its my first time too,cant wait.ive got a list of hotels to look through but the areca looks pretty good.the koh larn link looks pretty good too.thanks,dave

Stayed there for a couple of nights in November. Not too good if you are a smoker (not sure if all rooms are non-smoking) but you had to go out on the small balcony for a ciggy and out there had the noisy airconditioning blowing hot air at you.
