Hi ,I have never stayed at the sunshine in soi8, is it guest friendly ?

pretty much depends on what kind of guest you are

all hotels on soi7-8 are "guest friendly" as are most hotels in pattaya with the exception of a few of the "5star" hotels. some of the hotel will have an additional charge for more than one guest in the evenings.
