It's in the Royal Cliff Complex between the 3 Condos and the Royal Cliff Resort. I'm not sure if it's open yet. You can get there from the police box at the top of Pratamnak hill by following the signs for the Royal Cliff, it's further on to the left, or along the new road from Bali Hi pier round the headland and up the hill when it's on the right.

I visit this hotel on august 2005, it was just open, you have some comments in tripadvisor.com. It's look like a great hotel, even my favorite still remain sugar hut bungalow.

I had lunch at the Sheraton resort today, you really have to see this place to believe it, it is beautiful.

I've stayed there and submitted a review. It's a gorgeous hotel, but very expensive. There are definitely better values out there. I wouldn't say it's completely guest unfriendly. If you make it clear up front and have Starwood status then you should be good to go.
