2 condo's for rent /sale

I have just finished a complete build out on 2 studio's that are side by side in the

Jomtien Beach Condominium. These units have never been lived in and everything is brand new. I have fitted them out to the highest standards with, full teakwood kitchens, recessed halogen lighting , granite countertops,american style bathroom. They are on the 14th floor w/sea views. The building is part of 5--17 story buildings with 2 huge pools,many restaurants, 3 minute walk to jomtien beach,laundries,maid service and excellent maintenance as the buildings are spotless and if you need something repaired they come up within 10 minutes. The maintenance manager in university trained in the US. Everything is included,furniture cable tv ,microwave etcccc. I will take a long term tenant for 8,000 baht a month or sell at 1.25 million. These units and building with the ammenities is a much much better place tha view Talay in my opinion and amuch better value.You can contact me to view them

I've never heard of a maintenance man being university trained. Could you please explain?

What I am saying is that the guy who manages the staff here has 2 degrees from a university in Florida in hotel management. He oversees the maintenance of the common areas....pools,lobbies, as well as the individually owned condos. This is a very big issue here in Thailand as there are many many buildings that are not properly maintained and because of that the buildings tend to age very fast and deteriorate in a few years.Even some of the very expensive hirise condos ,that lack good management have problems and the condo owners are not happy with the way the grounds are kept and how things are deat with if they have a maintenance issue in their individual units.
