Current State of Penthouse

Can anyone advise what the condition of the rooms in Penthouse Hotel are currently like.

 

A year ago the they were a bit grubby and I was wondering if they have been cleaned-up.

Many years ago, the Penthouse had a debenture offering on the market for around $10,000 US a piece. Interest was to accumulate at 10% a year with the debenture holders able to claim discounts on room rates and other services. The moneys raised from this source were going to be used to renovate the hotel and upgrade the rooms

 

In the end, I didn't invest but I'd be interested to hear about the experiences from those who went ahead and funded the renovation program.
