ETIHAD(Frequent flyer????)

I'll be flying on Etihad in June from manchester to Bkk.Can any other board members tell me if they have a frequent flyer/air miles scheme.If so can you join it (like other airlines) by filling a form out on the plane?I've been on their website but there is nothing mentioning collecting airmiles.

I have flown with them 4 times in the last year so i should know.

They serve alcohol on the flight all the way to bangkok.

 

Red wine, whiskey, vodka, bitburger, heineken....... you name it and im sure they will have it and serve you it mate!!

Cheers Farman,Just been on the old Dog and Bone to the Etihad office at Heathrow,and one of the staff there assure me that drinks(alcoholic!) will be served.Why people post misinformation when they don't know the facts bewilders me! elef you cost me a phone call pal!Hey Farman Is there a bar in the airport at Abu Dhabi?

No mate, no beers in abu dhabi airport but plenty on the plane to and fro......

calm down mate! LOL!!! etihad is a good airline considering all the bad reviews on airlinequality.com. almost on par with emirates. flew with them in january 06. personally not too bothered with IFE. you gotta love abu dhabi airport though! smoke away while waiting in line to check-in for connection!!!

No probs there Deadman.Give me a PM nearer the time and i'll have a few scoops with you.I'm usually down Soi Yodsak most afternoons trying to make it from The Mandarin up to the King Kong,but i'm usually indulging well before halfway down the Soi!!Do the usual barhopping from early evening onwards,Walking st,Soi 2,7,8 and have been known to have loitered in the 'wee' hours on Soi Buakow at Pooks bar(open till you drop!!!).
