Cheap Charlie apartments seems a good opportunity between 300 B (long term) and 500 B/day plus electricity.

 

If somebody stayed there before, feedback is welcome !

Looking at the web site.. Well, 150B fan room is about the cheapest I have heard of in Pattaya. Damn! I guess it really is an excellent place for the cheap charlies. I wonder if the prices are still up to date.

Yes they are update I receive an email and information from the owner. A danish I suppose.

just around the corner is The Diana estate with A/C rooms from 9000baht a month +utilities and they have a pool, book with Pro Pro as they are cheaper

There's a brand new one (as of this winter) up on Soi Buakhao called Thompson House in that price range. I looked at in April for my June trip.

 

I was quoted 9,500 baht for the month including electric and water.

It was either cleaning daily and clean linen twice a week....or the other way around!

I have not stayed at the Diana estates for 5 years a least and have no idea what the Pro Pro number is now ,but I am sure a Google will find it if they are still in business.
