:D EVA $600 from Sacto,Calif. RT in November. Not a bad deal, I looked into the Eva site for low cost flights and found the lowest at $450. But from SF + Taxes, ground transportation, etc that will go over my new found deal. 1luv :D RT to Sacto that and was not during the time I was seeking. I don't want to mill around in hopes for a spot later - I may miss my time frame and get screwed.

Very good deal. As EVA doesn't fly out of Sacramento what airline will you be using to get to and from SFO? Probably faster to drive from home directly to SFO.

Excellent price!

A couple of weeks ago I did Sac-Emeryville by Amtrak, Amtrak bus to the Hyatt Embarcadero and a taxi to SFO. Train was ~$20 and taxi $40. Took about 3 hours.

Yes, thanks for that, but doesn't that require changing trains in Oakland (is it?) and then again at the Balboa Station? I had almost more luggage than I could handle, but in other circumstances that would be an option.

I am going on the business shuttle from Sacto to SFO which lands in the middle of the airport :finger then they drive me to the Main terminal via shuttle bus. This is nothing new, I've done this every time I go. The flight is approx 25 min.

Nope, 15 miles north of Oaktown, just get off the train in Richmond, the BART station is right there.

Is that a United Airlines shuttle from Sacramento to SFO?
