You can't. It has to be done by an Admin user (me or PattayaPete).

He is just taking another dig at 'farangkwaiyai' in his normal roundabout way that leaves him room to deny that he is making fun of him and without specifically saying "I told you so." 'farangkwaiyai' was originally on the board here as 'farangmaikwai'.
