private b-b-q lunch on island

Hi. Can anyone recommend how to organise a private day out on one of the islands for a group of 26 of us who are coming to Pattaya for Xmas/New Year. We are wanting to all spend the day together for a surprise family birthday between xmas and new year and hoping to have something like a seafood lunch, swimming, watersports, beach cricket etc. I will only have 3 days in Pattaya to organise it prior so any help would be appreciated.

Go see Bert at Tropical Berts bar Soi 6/1 and 2nd road. They have a charter fishing boat and captain that might be able to put together a package for you.

If you're going for American style BBQ, I'd go with American Rib or Tequila Reef. The use 'dry rub' on the ribs.
