Beijing Airport

On my upcoming trip United has routed me through Beijing, does anyone know if United or Thai airlines has a lounge at this airport?

Don't bother...

 

Hopefully things have changed (my experience is 3+ yrs old...), but:

 

The only lounges (2) are run by Air China.

 

You cannot get in without an invite card, make sure your airline gives you one.

 

The lounge is rundown & stinky, ie. SHIT !

 

No bathroom in the lounge.

 

No WiFi, but a few hardpoint LAN connections, bring your own T5 cable...

I flew in ther in 99 and thought the whole terminal was a dump. I thought that they had built a new terminal in preparation for the Olympics that they are hosting in 08.

i was in Beijing earlier this year and the facilities are much improved. Wouldn't want to spend all day there ( or at any other airport ), but three or four hours would be fine
