Thanks for the followup. I really hope they haven't changed their joiner policy. This serviced apartment has everything I am looking for (minus the price). I will most likely book here unless the joiner fee is confirmed else where for the long term apartments. I couldn't imgaine the hotel management objecting to guests for their long term guests

I just came back the end of Februaury form staying there is no joiner charge. I have many friends staying there including one last wek who takes many girls up and no problem. One has even had the doorman bring up his girls because you need the aaporpriate key to get to you floor

Jasmine never had joiner fee before i stayed there twice and havent stayed again becos the hot water was never hot. shame as nice place.

swiss grottino is great and has free wifi

for a cheap stay at soi theres a hotel right in the middle of the soi called the pennyblack and charge about 1000bt per night but i have not stayed there myself. has a latenite bar after everything is closed in bkk with a great kitchen.
